The AGM will be held in the church auditorium on Monday 15th February, from 7.30pm. Please note the changed day and time this year.

The Annual General Meeting of our church is where we receive reports from the Senior Minister and the Church Wardens. Elections are also held for Church Wardens and Parish Councillors. (N.B. We will not be electing new Nominators this year as the Nominators are currently active. The current Synod Representatives have been elected until 2023.)

It is necessary for all people who wish to vote at a Church AGM, as well as those who are elected, to sign a declaration that they claim membership of Toongabbie Anglican Church and no other Anglican Church.
